1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.

4. It is next submitted that in sum and substance, the allegation against the petitioner is that he secured appointment as teacher based on forged certificate. It is next submitted that the entire inquiry was held behind the back of the petitioner and petitioner was not given any opportunity to explain his side of the case. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain his side of the case, perhaps

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nanijor P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.
