From perusal of the memo of appeal it appears that the plaintiff is the appellants in this appeal and the aforesaid respondents (substituted) were defendants in the suit. In that view of the matter, proceeding further with this appeal may result in inconsistent orders and conflicting decrees. Nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant also to show that this appeal can proceed even in absence of the aforesaid respondents.
