A show cause has been filed on behalf of the State stating that 13 meters out of 550 meters which remained to be completed of the Nala from Shyamal Hospital to Mushhar Tola at Maurya Path has already been completed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the construction of the drainage is not yet up-to-the mark as per the statements made on behalf of opposite parties. It is, however, admitted that the drainage itself does

So far as the completion of work of 13 meters of Nala is concerned, there is nothing in the reply to the show cause filed on behalf of the petitioner to show that the work has not been done.
In the aforesaid circumstances, no case for proceeding under the contempt jurisdiction is made out. The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
It shall be open to the petitioner to avail of his remedy in appropriate proceeding for redressal of any further grievance. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) (Sudhir Singh, J) Sudip/U.K./- U
