JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the Vigilance.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 474, 475/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8, 9 & 10 of Prevention of Corruption Act.

It is alleged that the office of the C.O., Bidupur was raided when one Raju Singh was apprehended with some alleged to be forged certificates, who confessed that in league with this petitioner, who is Peon in the office of the C.O., Bidupur, used to prepare fake certificates.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner was apprehended with any

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance (North Bihar), Muzaffarpur in connection with Special Case No. 08 of 2014 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned court below on filing affidavit that he will co-operate in the investigation. The non-cooperation in the investigation will give liberty to the learned court below to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
