2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the parties are Pattidars. There is a case and counter case between the parties.

4. Considering however that Chinta Devi has sustained grievous injury on the head being a vital party of the body as a result of assault attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
