Petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.86 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that case has been lodged by ASI of Barauni Rail P.S. The lady whose purse is alleged to have been snatched has not filed any case. It is alleged that three persons were apprehended by the police, which include the name of this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that one mobile phone without SIM has been recovered but no Test Identification Parade of aforesaid mobile has been done.

No.74966 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 accused, Ashok Ram @ Ashok Kahar, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63640 of 2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Barauni, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.
