2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 109, 352, 351(2)(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners alongwith other two FIR named accused persons were creating nuisance at Budhiya Mai Sthan and when informant and his police team went to pacify them, petitioner no. 2 caught the collar of informant and started pressing his neck, but anyhow he could save himself, whereas petitioner no. 1 and other co-accused committed Maarpeet with other police personnel.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
