The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Rs.3,60,000/- was deposited by the informant and other investors in a non-banking financial company namely, NVD SOLAR SANCHAY Pvt. Ltd. The petitioner was the collecting agent. One Ranjeet Kumar Sharma being the Manager of the alleged financial company while making attempt to collect the money was apprehended by the public and handed over to the police, who has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46311 of 2014 (02) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 46414 of 2014 on the undertaking that he will deposit Rs.3,60,000/- before the learned court below within three months of the release.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the petitioner was only a collecting agent and Manager has been granted bail on undertaking to deposit the entire alleged amount, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 757 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
