JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dead body of female was recovered and it was said that she was petitioner's wife. The petitioner confessed his involvement in the murder of the deceased.

It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer submitting that there is involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49358 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 stands rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
