Petitioner seeks bail in Sursand P.S. Case No.264 of 2013 (S.T. No.381 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 & 412 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of the co-accused as mentioned in the impugned order. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have been granted regular bail vide Annexure- 2 series.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S.
