People have got some sort of grievances and on account thereof, indulged in ruckus at the Block Office while meeting was going on, raised slogan against the Block Development Officer and during course thereof, also caused mischief by damaging chair, table and manhandled the B.D.O., some of the police personnel, who were present since before and during course thereof, some of them were apprehended, who on query disclosed names of their associates including the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner Vikku Bind @ Bikku Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial
