In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

As per allegation, the police recovered illegal wines from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.8.2016.
