The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 43.560 liters liquor was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
