Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) (A), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co- accused Kamran who was caught by the villagers. However, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 30.6.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 61/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
