The petitioner seeks bail in Ratanpura P.S. Case No.41 of 2018 registered under Sections 376 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim herself alleged that during the course of filling up form in the college, she was developed relation with the petitioner and both were talking with each other. They also established physical relation on the pretext of marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never established any physical relation with the victim. Victim wanted to marry with the petitioner that is why this false case has been lodged.

From perusal of statement of the victim and the fact
