2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022, lodged on 07.10.2022, for the offence punishable under Section 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three unknown persons with allegation that they have committed robbery with the informant who was working as Field Officer in Bandhan Bank Ujiyarpur. They have snatched a bag from the possession of the informant, which includes cash of Rs. 65,340/-, one Tab and one Morpho thumb scanner machine.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name

No any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and chragesheet has already been submitted by the police in this case on 30.10.2024. Counsel further submits that the petitioner comes from a respectable family and ready to furnish security to the satisfaction of the learned Court below.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer and submits that present case has been lodged against three unknown accused persons against whom allegation is that they have committed robbery with the informant who was working as Field Officer in Bandhan Bank Ujiyarpur. Robbery of 65,340/- cash one tab, one Morpho thumb scanner machine. Counsel submits that three accused persons have snatched the said amount and other articles from the informant and fled away. Learned APP further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused, who accept the involvement of the petitioner in the said crime. Counsel submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and similar types of cases have been lodged against him.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the
