2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed comprehensive representation before the Agriculture Director Patna Pramandal, Patna- respondent no. 3 by adducing all evidences in support of relief as has been prayed in the present writ petition.

3. The Agriculture Director Patna Pramandal, Patna-

Patna High Court CWJC No.9861 of 2021(6) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order in case, he denies the relief claimed by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is entitled to retiral dues on account of any of the head as claimed by the petitioner, the same must be paid within a period of six weeks.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
