It has been alleged that five persons were carrying two motorcycles for which, there happens to be an allegation that the same were stolen properties. Furthermore, it has been stated that on query, Rohit Kumar @ Navin Kumar had confessed his guilt and further disclosed that they were going to procure money from the purchaser at A.T.M. kiosk as the purchaser had agreed to pay Rs. 13,000/- in lieu thereof. From para 3 of the petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 02.10.2016. Further, the complicity of petitioner, save and except his presence as a pillion rider, has not been addressed.
