Learned counsel for the Accountant General is also present.
Learned counsel for the State submits that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court and the petitioner has been given his promotion from the date of his officiation and on the date on which he had joined and taken over
Patna High Court MJC No.1130 of 2013 (11) dt.23-01-2018 charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the other similar situated doctors have been given benefit whereas the petitioner has been discriminated. Furthermore, the matter has not been forwarded to the Accountant General, Bihar. Be that as it may and in view of the substantial compliance of the order, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to raise his grievance, if at all, before the authority, if so advised. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
