This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.04.2012 passed in MJC No.6946 of 2012 which was disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the "Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna raising his grievances upon which the Director will be obliged to get an enquiry held by any responsible authority in respect of grievances and allegations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of filing of representation along with a copy of this order, after complying with Principles of Natural Justice. It will be open to the Director, Higher Education to restrain the Management of the Colleges from disbursing the amount received from the Government during the pendency of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3568 of 2014 (3) dt.24-04-2015 enquiry."

I find no reason to modify the order dated 02.04.2014 passed in MJC No.5198 of 2012. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
