2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1219 of 2023 dated 27.02.2024.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed in L.P.A. No. 1219 of 2023, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.6452 of 2022 dt.09-05-2024 2/2 along with a copy of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 1219 of 2023 before the respondent no. 2 (The Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna) within four weeks and respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
