ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 477(A), 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 4 of 2013 arising out of R.C. Case No. 3 of 2013 pending before Special Judge, CBI-II, Patna.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
