The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 17.1 liters of foreign liquor. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2018.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2018, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on
