S. Case No. 333 of 2013 dated 16.06.2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to this application. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
