Petitioner seeks bail in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged that during patrolling duty police got information that in village Marachi Barhaiya Tola, some miscreants are cutting electric aluminum wire where tractor, trolley along with motorcycle are also present. The informant went to the place of occurrence with other police personnel and arrested nine persons and two persons managed to run away. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, wherein, it is mentioned that recovery has been made from the campus of Hanuman Mandir.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75498 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 It has been further submitted that the other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70512 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.148 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
