JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Angarghat P.S.Case No. 65 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 324, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. At the very outset, learned APP has pointed out that petitioner has been declared absconder in this case and the case is of the year 2015, as such petitioner should surrender and make prayer for regular bail.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of causing murder of the deceased. In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
