JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Deceased, Sushila Devi @ Shanichari Devi, who was married with Sanjay Manjhi about four years ago, was murdered at her sasural and her dead body was disposed of, for which instant prosecution has been launched. It has also been incorporated that during intervening period, deceased was subjected to torture at the end of petitioners as well as husband in order to satisfy the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that they are in-laws having separate in mess and business. It has also been submitted that in usual phenomenon, they have been roped in. Also, submitted that husband had already surrendered and is under judicial custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48412 of 2014 (02) dt.21-04-2015 On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Taking into account the status of the petitioners, petitioners Ashok Manjhi and Meera Devi each are directed to be released on bail in event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P. S. Case no.86 of 2014, subject to condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
