This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners either direct or circumstantial evidence to complete the chain of circumstance.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from

No.37167 of 2014 (4) dt.21-04-2015 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
