The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S.Case No. 381 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that the deceased was married with this petitioner on 18.04.2015 and just after 06 months of her marriage, she was done to death in connection with demand of dowry and her dead body was disposed of.

Submission is that the petitioner is the husband and due to some ailment her wife died natural death and this petitioner has been in custody since 23.09.2016.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in particular, the petitioner is the husband, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55156 of 2016 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 prayer for bail at this stage is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U
