The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68423/2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.10 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Civil Court, Supaul, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31403 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 The order dated 13.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68423/2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
