JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of period of surrender. The same has already expired as per direction given in the order dated 10.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30707 of 2016 whereby petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with direction mentioned therein that he shall surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order with additional condition to pay certain amount of money in installments.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fell ill and so he could not surrender before the learned court below. He has also filed medical certificate of the doctor. Considering the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the extension order which has been passed in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23800 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 continuation of the order dated 10.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30707 of 2016.
