This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506 and 354 of the Penal Code.

The allegation about assault by rod and sword. However, in the order of the Sessions Judge, Patna, that there is no mention of injury.

The learned counsel for the informant submits that the parties have compromised the matter.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Danapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39132 of 2014 (2) dt.21-04-2015 satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
