The Trial Court has reported that charge against petitioner was framed on 17.03.2016 but uptil now not a single prosecution witness could be examined, though summonses have already been issued to informant as well as other witnesses. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected taking note of the allegation levelled against him and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 70/2016 arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 160/2015, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, stands rejected.
