JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 21-04-2015 Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, LPA No. 1444 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original file subject to the compliance of the order dated 11.11.2014 passed in the said LPA within a period of four weeks from today.

The restoration application is, accordingly, allowed subject to the aforesaid condition.
