2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 73 of 2014 for the offence under sections 33(1)(a)(f) and 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Amendment Act lodged on 02.04.2013 by the informant, Suresh Prasad.

3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is of the year 2014 and 10 years later, the petitioner choose to move before this Court. As per the observation of learned Sessions Judge, process under Section 83 of the Cr.P.C. already stands initiated.

4. In that background, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
