Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Manjhagarh Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 46 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26319 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/3 Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that the mother of the informant has been assaulted by the various agnates including the petitioners. Specific allegation of causing firearm injury is upon co-accused Mukesh Yadav. The allegation against the petitioners and co-accused Anjali Devi is general and omnibus in nature as no specific assault has been attributed to these accused persons. Co-accused Anjali Devi has been allowed bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 23088 of 2020 by order dated 08.09.2020. Petitioners, being females, are in custody since 16.02.2020.

The learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the rival submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Manjhagarh PS Case No 46 of 2020 subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to

(ii) That the petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant proceedings today for depositing requisite Court fee and removing the defect (s), as pointed out, when called upon to do so.
