This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Penal Code.

Except Section 307 of the Penal Code all are bailable, however, there is allegation of assault by rod and hockey stick and the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are students.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39349 of 2014 (2) dt.21-04-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the bailors shall be a close relative of each of the petitioners, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioners shall not indulge in such activity further and if he/they indulges/indulge, then, the deponent must inform the Court about the indulgence of the petitioner(s) and the Court below, itself, shall proceed to cancel the bail bond(s) of the petitioner(s).
