JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. During investigation also nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is a student of Intermediate having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period

No.23516 of 2017(7) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
