The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30 (Ka) and 56 (Kha) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case 60 liters Mahua Wine was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court in inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
