30 litres of spirit was found concealed under husk, which was seized by the informant, a police official and for that, petitioners, who happens to be father and son, have been made an accused. Furthermore, it is apparent from Para-3 of the petition that petitioners have got clean antecedent and are under custody since 14.08.2016 as well as 18.08.2016, respectively. Accordingly, petitioners, Binda Ram and Ranjan Ram are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P. S. Case No.296 of 2016.
