The petitioner, by way of this writ petition, prays for quashing of the advertisement dated 28.06.2013. The writ petition has not been pressed for almost 10 years now. The advertisement was issued on 28th June 2013. However, the learned counsel for the respondents states that till date no action has been taken on the said advertisement after lapse of 10 years. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to issue a fresh advertisement, if they so choose.
