1800 liters of spurious wine was seized along with equipments so detailed therein on 14.05.2013 in absence of petitioner for which, complaint was filed on 26.06.2013 without any cogent explanation and on account thereof, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for regular bail which, the learned lower court will consider in light of aforesaid finding.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
