Counsel for State submits that this case was fixed for judgment on 30.03.2017 but it was delayed by virtue of filing the application to call station diary and statement recorded by Patna Police.

On 05.05.2017, the case was fixed for arguments. Enough delay has already been caused.

This Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter and, therefore, this criminal revision application is hereby dismissed.
