Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of Annexure-1, the petitioners has filed representation for redressal of their grievance which is still pending with the respondents.

Considering the direction issued by this Court vide Annexure-1 the respondents are required to dispose of the representation, if not already decided within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
