The petitioner seeks bail in Barun P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report has been lodged after delay of 14 hours. The occurrence is said to have taken place at 12.10 A.M. in the night of 8.2.2019 and the case has been lodged at 2:30 p.m. on 8.2.2019. The informant has stated in the First Information Report that he identified the petitioner. But there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S.
