Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspected that the petitioner and others, who are in-laws of the victim, have committed her murder and disposed of the dead body.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no allegation of any illegal demand. The husband is already in custody and co-accused Amarjeet Pawan @ Amarjit Paswan has been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26496 of 2016 on 12.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49898 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/Successor Court in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016.
