The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 30.05.2019 a report was called for from the trial court. The report was received from the court of learned F.T.C.-2, Purnea in which he has stated that the trial is likely to be concluded within four months. Let the trial court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today. If trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21254 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 339/2016 arising out of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 364/2015 from the Court of learned F.T.C.-2, Purnea.

The application is dismissed accordingly.
