Petitioner seeks bail in Ex-186 of 2019 arising out of Koransarai P.S. Case No.11 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30-A, 37-C of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
In the written report, it is alleged that two persons were apprehended by the informant for creating nuisance after taking liquor. They disclosed that they have purchased liquor from this petitioner. The informant raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 63 bottles Royal Secret Whisky each of 180 ML.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22131 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 custody since 15.02.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Ex-186 of 2019 arising out of Koransarai P.S. Case No.11 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
