The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of taking away mangoes worth Rs.10,000/- from the orchard of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general.

Considering the nature of accusation being general and omnibus, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.157 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45192 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazipur, Vaishali.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
