JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 307, 420, 414, 216, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being police officer received information that veteran criminal Guddu Rai @ Dhananjay Rai is coming in his private vehicle to commit some offence when he was chased but somehow he managed to escape from the scene. It was gathered that Guddu Rai @ Dhananjay Rai was accompanied with his brother Mantu Rai @ Nityanand Rai and Chandan Rai. Subsequently house of Guddu Rai @ Dhananjay Rai was raided and a stolen vehicle was recovered. It is alleged against the petitioner that petitioner purchased the house of Guddu Rai @ Dhananjay Rai but Guddu Rai @ Dhananjay Rai is still using the said house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
